Our gastronomy is based on authenticity international as well as domestic cuisine in a modern concept in terms of interpretation, selection of raw materials, healthy eating using fresh herbs from your own garden.

Motivation and inspiration I get during the winter season for many years in many prestigious higher gastronomy Swiss and Austrian Alps, where I work as Chef de Partie at the post Garde Manger. Last time it was the Hotel Kreuz und Post in Grindelwald Hotel Alpenhof in Tux, awarded 13 GaultMillau points.

Philosophy: The use of valuable raw materials, which I'm trying to process so that even then remain valuable. Also devotes attention to detail, which gives the impression to the guest on a plate.
